Peter Fryar has been known to me since I assumed responsibility for the development management of Westfield Shoppingtown Tuggerah during September 1994. The development of our regional shopping centre required the fast track design, approval and construction of more than 60,000 square metres of retail space developed over a 21 hectare site. During the development period the Development consent was modified several times to reflect our changing design. On each occasion Peter was able to evaluate and form a professional opinion which was always founded on a correct and proper assessment of the arguments.
